According to the American Heart Journal, cocoa contains a compound called Polyphenols that reduces oxidative stress and improves blood flow to the peripheral arteries.

Experts say that dark chocolate contains 85% Cocoa, due to which it is rich in polyphenols, while in the country chocolate it is found up to 30%.

At the moment, improving the results of these experiments is considered a moderate success.
