sharing a meal plan to help you lose by Kalos in one month this diet plan is easy to follow and will help you to reduce and maintain your weight noting weight is all about making healthy changes to your lifestyle this low-calorie weight-loss plan has been tried by me and some of my friends and the results are very positive so without much ado let's get started.

you can also use my fat cutter drink which is basically plain water infused with lemon-mint and other ingredients drinking water is very important as it keeps you hydrated and flushes out bad toxins now moving on to the lunch have
lunch between 12:30 to 1:30 and have a

cucumber carrots and 1/2 cup of a boiled green gram or moong dal sprinkle in some fresh curry leaves and squeeze in half a lemon sprinkle in some Himalayan pink salt and some freshly crushed pepper serve it with a bowl of flaxseed and turmeric raita the third meal plan is a salad in a jar what I have done is I have chopped all the vegetables and placed it in a jar with some coat and I topped it with boiled chana you can also top it with boiled rajma red-brown chana dal black chana etc this salad in a jar is
 an excellent idea to take it to work
as you can make this ahead and keep it 
in the fridge and the next day, you can take it to the office. 

Now for dinner have a bowl

before you sleep at night have a glass 
of turmeric tea, it will boost your metabolic rate while you sleep and also helps to lose weight follow this diet plan for a month mix and match the meal plans also note that there is no sugar in this diet plan the only sugar is natural sugar from the fruits only 1 TSP of natural fat is used as oil no fried snacks or baked goodies for one month and do not consume green tea.
after 3 p.m. green tea has 
more caffeine content than regular green tea it may keep you awake at night do try this weight loss plan.
